A weekly AR summary sent to Dan & Rens every Monday at 09:00 SAST — total outstanding, overdue (>30 days), critical (>90 days), per-rep breakdown, and full critical invoice list.
End-of-Day Summary
A concise activity report sent to Dan & Rens every day at 16:00 SAST — covering all estimates, invoices, and job cards created during the day, with totals.
